Are emotions merely crying, hugging, smiling..?

Oxford Dictionary describes EMOTION as instinctive or intuitive feeling as DISTINGUISHED FROM REASONING OR KNOWLEDGE. Dictionary.comdescribes EMOTIONS as any strong AGITATION of the feelings. Our emotions are in fact a POWERFUL and untapped RESOURCE! For too long, we thought they get in our way. But they get in our way only if we don’t understand them & don’t know how to manage them. The power lies in understanding & regulating our thoughts, feelings & actions. Thus creating most robust wiring in the brain!
